Wire brush, sponge clean, brush on concrete glue, apply "Quikcrete-Concrete Patching Compound"

Fix stucco cracks (your stucco is painted)

Do this to fix it! 
Open crack slightly with a "V" shaped, old style can opener. Dampen crack with sponge, apply "Quickcrete Stucco Repair" #8650, dab with sponge to match texture, paint.

 Repair Chimney Crown (slight cracks only) 

Do this to fix it!
Wire brush existing concrete cap until clean. Wipe with damp sponge. Brush on (like painting) "Crown Coat"
